Welcome to Treskart. By accessing treskart.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices are accurate. Actual colors or appearance may vary slightly depending on the customer's device display or product packaging.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Treskart may discontinue or limit the availability of products at any time.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel the affected order and provide an applicable refund.

Pricing

Prices and applicable charges displayed on the website may change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and other charges will be shown during checkout where applicable.

Payment

Customers may use the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Eligible online payments receive a ₹30 discount.

Cash on Delivery orders may include an additional ₹30 COD charge.

The applicable amount will be displayed before the order is placed.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

Treskart may cancel or reject an order in cases such as product unavailability, incorrect pricing or technical errors, suspected fraud, incomplete information, or other legitimate reasons.

Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 1 day of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

After shipment, cancellation through the website may no longer be possible. Customers may refuse/reject delivery where applicable.

Shipping

Treskart currently delivers within India only.

Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days.

Delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, logistics delays, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 3 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

For damaged or wrong products, an unboxing video is required for verification.

For change-of-mind returns, an unboxing video is not required, but the product must satisfy the applicable return conditions.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain personal-care, hygiene, cosmetic, consumable, health-related, or similar products may be non-returnable due to their nature.

Where applicable, the product page will specify the return restriction.

Intellectual Property

All logos, text, graphics, product descriptions, images, designs, and other website content belonging to Treskart may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or commercially used without authorization.

Prohibited Use

You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, fraudulent activities, unauthorized access, security interference, or activities that may harm Treskart or other users.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India.
